It’s here! Our new Resident Handbook has arrived, full of useful information for new and existing residents.
This version is in a loose-leaf format so that it’s easy to add or change information as we need to. As well as updating, there’s more information about the staff and what they do, and about our maintenance targets and responsibilities. Looking forward to distributing it to our residents!
