Our new Housing Scheme Manager could be helping a new resident move in, doing essential health and safety checks, organising a repair, meeting residents, making sure income is received, speaking to an anxious relative, writing reports for the Chief Executive, setting up a meeting, responding to an emergency or organising a trip to the ballet.
